Reserving a berth online using this form constitutes agreement to the following terms.

  I understand that the reservation deposit is non-refundable., and full tuition payment is required approximately three weeks after initial enrolment..
  I do not have asthma, suffer from seizures, have any cardio or pulmonary defects, or any other physical or mental problems that may prevent me from safely scuba diving.
  I understand that no alcohol, drugs, or detrimental behavior will be tolerated on the vessels and use will result in my dismissal at my own expense, without refund.
  I understand that multiple full liability releases will be required of me to sign and return to Odyssey Expeditions before any participation in any sailing or scuba diving activities can take place.  These releases can be downloaded and viewed here.
  I understand that for participation in Discovery Voyages and Adventure Voyages, I must be at least 13 years of age, for participation in SEA Voyages, I need to be a certified scuba diver at least 14 years of age, and for participation in the Divemaster Challenge, I must be 18+ years of age, Rescue Diver certified and have logged 30 dives.
  I understand that voyages are full participatory and I will be required to assume responsibilities aboard including skipper of the day, navigator, chef, and even dishwasher.  I verify that my participation will be enthusiastic. 

To reserve a berth for the particular voyage, click on the logo to be taken to the PayPal site for payment transaction processing to place your $1000 non-refundable deposit.  Full payment is due approximately three weeks after the deposit is received.   Only the berth deposit can be made with the PayPal service, the balance is due via check or wire transfer or credit card.  Be sure to enter the billing address of the card if different from the participants address or the PayPal system will not confirm payment.
